Weiling Zhu has more than 16 years of combined investment and financial management experience and possesses in depth, comprehensive skills for managing fixed income portfolios. Weiling directs fixed income research and leads ICM's Traditional and Asset Liability Management strategies. In addition to her core investment management experience, she has eight years experience implementing the ALM strategy. She held the position of Chief Investment Officer and Vice President for a $1 billion asset sized life insurance company where ALM was the core strategy. Weiling is currently studying for her Associate of the Society of Actuaries (ASA) designation. Her professional skills provide a solid foundation for the successful implementation of this comprehensive investment strategy and is an exceptional benefit to ICM's fixed income clients. Weiling has served as President of the CFA Society of Spokane and is currently a member of the board of the CFA Society of Spokane. She is also a member of the American Institute of CPA's, providing her with current FASB statements that govern the accounting of LDI/ALM investing. Weiling earned a Master of Accountancy from Gonzaga University and her Bachelor of Arts in finance from Shenzhen University in China. |

Torsten Lippoldt, fixed income analyst for ICM, is responsible for securities and investment analysis, and ongoing monitoring of clients’ portfolio holdings. He was formerly a bond analyst with a Washington-based life insurance company, where he helped to manage over $500 million in assets, and acted as a liaison to financial advisors and outside investment managers. Before coming to the U.S., Torsten earned his Professional Financial Advisor degree from the Professional Business School Chemnitz in Germany. Graduating summa cum laude from Eastern Washington University, Torsten holds an M.B.A. and two Bachelor of Arts degrees in business administration and economics. Additionally, he is a member of Beta Gamma Sigma, the international honor society for business alumni. Torsten is currently a Level I candidate in CFA Institute’s charter holder program. |
